I began my real estate career as an administrative assistant at an Arizona boutique brokerage, quickly discovering my strengths in organization and attention to detail. In moving to Los Angeles and transitioning to an agent role, I gained insight into both operations and client relations. As the Senior Transaction Manager for a top performing team at The Agency, I managed high-profile deals, further refining my expertise in overseeing complex transactions. How Paper Girl TC Came to Be

Before starting Paper Girl TC, I worked with the Grauman Rosenfeld Group at The Agency. On one particularly busy day, an agent new to the team walked in to introduce herself. She took one look at my desk with notes and paperwork strewn all over, my computer with a contract covered in red markings by someone’s attorney, and joked, “So, what do you do here, tons of paperwork? You’re the paper girl?”

It was a casual comment but surprisingly accurate, and it captured exactly what I do. So when it came time to launch my own business, Paper Girl TC felt like the perfect fit - a nod to all the long hours “papering” and those little moments with agents that spark friendships.

Regular

We manage all key steps, from auditing contracts and collecting signatures to setting up files in SkySlope and coordinating with escrow—keeping everyone on track for a smooth, timely transaction.

Matte

In addition the Regular package, we review escrow instructions, manage addenda and amendments, and coordinate utility information, repair requests, and retrofitting for enhanced support during the transaction.

Gloss

In addition to the Matte package services, we schedule inspections, assist with post-closing marketing, send review requests, and ensure closing gifts are taken care of.
